I've been working on computers for over twenty years, and fixing them for neighbors around here since 2011.

This is my business, not a franchise. I live in the Inland Empire, my kids go to school here, and I'm the person you deal with from the first call to the moment you get your computer back. Same guy every time. No rotating shift, no handing your machine to whoever's on the schedule that day.

That also means I'll tell you when something isn't worth fixing. I'd rather send you off with an honest answer and no bill than talk you into a repair that doesn't make sense. It's how this has stayed a word-of-mouth business for fifteen years.
